Looking for a fresh chopped salad? Here you go... Kachumber recipe is a popular Indian-style salad made within 10 mins. This simple salad is made with cucumber, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves dressed up in a spicy lemon condiment.

Kachumber salad is usually consumed as a salad or side dish for roti, phulkas, dal rice, and curd rice. It can also be served as a dip for papad or chips. I often make this salad at home for our lunch as I love the combination of crunchy, spicy, and tangy flavors.
