Cheese sandwich Ingredients:

Brown Bread - 2
Cheese - 1 slice
Lettuce - 2 leaves
Greens - Few
Tomato - 1 small
Cucumber - 6 slices
Red onion - 1 ring
Avocado - optional
Ghee/Butter - 1 tsp to toast bread
Salt and pepper - As per taste

How to make vegetable cheese sandwich:


1. Preheat the tawa over medium heat and place the two slices of bread.

2. Generously apply ghee/butter on one or both sides of a slice of bread. Toast it until turns brown.

3. Turn off the flame and remove the bread from tawa and place a slice of cheese.

4. Tear/chop lettuce leaves, place them on the cheese, and then add sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and onion rings.

5. Sprinkle some pepper powder, salt, oregano, garlic powder, etc.

6. Cover it with another slice of toasted bread and slice it into two or four pieces.

7. Serve the cheese sandwich with tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, etc.
