Tips:

1. Fresh sweet mango pulp works best for this recipe, but you can use frozen mango puree or canned mango pulp as well. Also, avoid sour or tangy mangoes for this recipe.

2. Do not overbeat the cream. The best cream to use for mango mousse is heavy whipping cream. You can use the Amul brand, Horizon, Organic Valley, etc.

3. Use only powdered sugar. Increase or decrease the sugar as per the sweetness of the mangoes. You can also use stevia instead of sugar.

4. The color of the mango mousse entirely depends on the mango variety.

5. Chilled mango mousse tastes great.

6. Feel free to skip toppings if you don't like them.

7. We can store mango mousse in the refrigerator for a day or two. Store it in a sealed container and add toppings just before you serve.

To make mango pulp or puree:

1. Firstly, take two small ripe mangoes.
