Pineapple rasam recipe | how to make pineapple rasam | pineapple recipe with detailed step by step photos and procedure.

Pineapple rasam is an incredibly tasty rasam with a distinct flavor of pineapple making it so special. Pineapple is one of my favorite tropical fruit. I was introduced to this pineapple rasam at one of my cousin's wedding a few years back. That was the first time I had tried this and it was tasting so unique and different from our usual dal rasam. I loved it so much and wanted to try at home and post it in Pavi's Kitchen.

Even though I like pineapples very much, I don't buy them often because of the time-consuming chopping process:) So I prepare this rasam whenever pre-chopped pineapples are available in the grocery store. Those who love rasam may try this pineapple rasam. I'm sure you will relish the lingering taste of this tasty pineapple dal rasam. I have also mentioned some health benefits of pineapple and toor dal. Have a look if you are interested!
