Green is the color of life, nature, freshness, organic, energetic, health, youthfulness, renewal, and growth. As you all know that I love to eat colorful salads and every week I post at least one salad recipe in my blog. So today we will see how to make a green salad recipe.
This salad includes my favorite veggies along with boiled green gram which is also known as green mung bean. I have also added semi-raw mango for the sour flavor. In case, if the mango is not available, you can sprinkle some dry mango powder (amchoor/amchur powder).

The yellowish tint of semi-raw mango gives a beautiful color to the green salad which is a feast for the eyes. Yes, cooking is an art and I love to show my creativity in presenting the food. In fact, feed your kids in this way to make them eat raw vegetables and fruits, I'…

Homestyle Paneer Subzi / Healthy Indian Paneer Subzi

Hi folks, I'm so happy to be back with my blogging routine, it's been more than two weeks since I posted a recipe. I would like to share my healthy version of home style "Paneer subzi recipe" which is simple and easy to make. This is a one pot delicious subzi which takes only 10 to 15 mins to prepare. It doesn't contain any fancy ingredients like cashew paste, malai, milk, heavy whipped cream, so it is quite healthy when compared to paneer butter masala and paneer makhni. This subzi needs no grinding, hence it can be prepared in jiffy and this is a perfect side dish for roti, puri, naan, vegetable pulao, rice etc. Paneer is an Indian cottage cheese, a rich source of milk protein, used in making delicious curries and sweets. It is also known as chhena and popular among Indian, Nepali and Sri Lankan cuisines. Paneer can be prepared at home from the scratch but today I have used a store bought paneer to make this recipe. Alright let's get started with the recipe!

Avocado Corn Salad | Butter Fruit Salad

Butter fruit salad | butter fruit recipe | avocado Salad | Indian avocado recipe with a detailed step by step photo.
I have come up with a healthy and simple avocado sweet corn salad recipe this week which is easy to make and tummy-filling. Avocados are my favorite and adding them to the salad takes a simple salad dish to the next level😋.
Avocado is a delicious single-seeded berry full of good fats and nutrients, has more potassium than a banana, and good for the heart, skin, and hair as well. Avocado is also known as butter fruit in India. It is available online and premium shops like Nilgiris, Pazhamudhir Cholai in Chennai. Try this salad when you find them in your nearby shops.
