Paneer sabzi recipe | quick paneer sabzi | easy paneer curry with detailed step-by-step photos. Paneer is an Indian cottage cheese, a rich source of milk protein, used in making delicious curries and sweets.
Here, I would like to share my simple, quick, and healthy version of the paneer subzi. It is a one-pot delicious subzi that takes 15 to 20 mins to prepare.
It doesn't contain any fancy ingredients like cashew paste, malai, milk, heavy whipped cream, so it is pretty healthy compared to paneer butter masala/ paneer makhni.
Similarly, this paneer subzi needs no grinding; hence it can be prepared in a jiffy, and this is a perfect side dish for roti, puri, naan, vegetable pulao, rice, etc.
Paneer is also known as chhena and very popular among Indian, Nepali, and Sri Lankan cuisines. Paneer can be prepared at home from scratch, but today, I have used store-bought paneer to make this recipe. So, let's get started!
