Grilled paneer can be served as a starter or with any vegetable salad to make it healthier. I made the grilled veggie salad and kosumalli/kosambari to accompany the grilled paneer.

I love to consume paneer in a healthy way as much as possible. This pan-fried paneer can be prepared within 20 mins, and I often prepare this at home whenever I crave a paneer.

(Note: Do not confuse this grilled paneer with the paneer tikka recipe. Both have a similar procedure, but they differ in certain ways. The tikka recipe is usually marinated in yogurt/curd, other spices, etc. In my grilled paneer recipe, I didn't add any yogurt, ginger, etc.).
