"POMEGRANATE  FRUIT"... the first thing that comes to my mind is the pinkish-red hue. Such a lovely color, Isn't it? This pomegranate juice would quench your thirst instantly. It is healthy too!

Pomegranates are loaded with vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K. It has high antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. And a good source of  Folate, potassium, etc. (Source: Google).

Homemade Pomegranate juice | Indian pomegranate juice recipe

Ingredients:

Pomegranate - 1 big
Ice cubes - As required
Sugar - 2 tsp

Preparation:

1. Cut the pomegranate fruit into 4 equal parts and take out the kernels from the skin.

2. Use the blender to grind the pomegranate kernels. Add sugar, ice cubes, and required water to it. I didn't add any sugar as the fruit was sweet enough.

3. Filter the juice using a strainer and discard the seeds.
