Looking for an easy and healthy sandwich? Voila...you can never go wrong with avocado toast because it is simple, nourishing, and well-balanced. Fresh and creamy avocado smeared on a slice of toasted bread is one of my favorite snacks. It is my ultimate go-to snack whenever I crave something quick bites.

1. Avocado is green; the pear-shaped fruit is often called an “alligator pear.” It is loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and various important nutrients.
2. Avocados are very high in potassium, which should support healthy blood pressure levels.

5. It lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Avocado toast ingredients:
Ripe avocado - 1 medium
Red onion - 1 small
Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 3 sprigs
Whole wheat bread - 2 slices
Seasonings:
Salt - 1/2 tsp or As per taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Pomegranate kernels - 1 tbsp
How to make avocado toast:
1. Slice avocado in half and remove the seed.
