Grilled Capsicum Recipe | Capsicum Salad | Tri Color Bell Pepper

Grilled Capsicum Recipe | Capsicum Salad | Tri-Color Bell Pepper Salad

Grilled capsicum recipe | Capsicum salad recipe | grilled bell pepper recipe with detailed step by step photos. I made this salad for my lunch. Usually, I prepare this salad whenever I have all the three color bell peppers in stock.
Here, I have used a non-stick pan to grill peppers and red onion. You can use an iron skillet too. Additionally, I have mentioned coconut oil, cumin seeds, and red chili powder to give the salad an Indian desi twist which is completely optional. Chili powder can be replaced with black pepper and other spices. This salad should be crunchy and not overcooked, so keep the flame high while cooking and make sure it doesn't burn, the total cooking time should be around 4 to 5 mins. So let's get started! (Bell pepper is also known as capsicum).

Ingredients: Serves-2

Green bell pepper - half
Orange bell pepper - half
Red bell pepper - half
Red onion - half

Aloo Palak Gravy Recipe | Spinach Potato Curry recipe

Aloo Palak Gravy Recipe | Spinach Potato Curry recipe is a Punjabi side dish recipe. It is a combination of pureed spinach, boiled potatoes, and Indian spices. In Hindi, aloo means potato and palak/Saag means spinach.

Aloo palak gravy is a healthy and tasty side dish that can be eaten with rice, roti, naan, and paratha.  Usually, I make dal palak with potato fry, but this time I wanted to try something new recipe with spinach. So I made this dish last week and it turned out so delicious and flavorful.

I have once tasted this aloo palak gravy with roti (Indian bread) in Tandoori cuisine in San Diego. It was so yummy😋😋. You can try this recipe when you have excess spinach in hand. Also, we can keep this gravy as a base and substitute the potatoes with paneer, chickpea, lentils, and sweet corn, etc.

Aloo palak gravy is easy to make and the ingredients are easily available. Even a beginner in cooking can try this recipe.

South Indian Paruppu Rasam Recipe | Dal Rasam

Paruppu rasam recipe | dal rasam recipe | toor dal rasam | how to prepare rasam with detailed step by step photos.
I'm very much excited to share my all-time favorite recipe South Indian Parrupu Rasam (Dal Rasam). It is also known as Saaru in Kannada. It can be consumed with hot steamed rice or as a soup.
A bowl of warm, spicy, and flavorful rasam makes the perfect soup on a rainy day. The main ingredient for the rasam is tamarind juice and tomato and the spiciness comes from coarsely grind peppercorns, cumin, and red chili.
I will try to post a homemade rasam powder recipe as soon as possible. We can make different varieties of rasam with that powder.

Looking for a healthy and delicious salad? Here it is...yummy and tummy-filling salad bowl. An interesting mung bean vegetable salad recipe, with lots of colorful veggies and steamed green mung beans, it tastes super delicious. I incorporate this dish into my diet at least once a week and try to make the regular salad as interesting as possible in different ways.
Mung bean has numerous benefits and very healthy for skin and hair. I also use this as a face pack apart from food, green gram powder with rosewater pack helps to eliminate excess oil on my face.
Mung bean can be used in many ways, you can soak the mung beans overnight and use it in a salad form or steam it to make sundal (sundal means boiled dal with seasoning), moong dal subzi for rice, and roti.

Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recipe

Hi folks, hope you are doing good. Its been a while, since I posted a recipe in Pavi's Kitchen, I was quite busy with shopping spree. I'm back with another interesting dessert recipe and it's our all time favorite dessert "Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recipe". I happened to visit the local farmers market on Saturday, and bought some fresh strawberries, it was in medium size, sweet & quite firm. I felt it was perfect to make this dessert. The melted gooey dark chocolate coated on a strawberry tasted heavenly, my heart and stomach was so happy after eating all of them in one go:) Then, in the evening, I made another batch of choco covered strawberries for my hubby and served them as a dessert. Alright, lets get into the recipe.
