Pineapple (Ananas) Sasive Recipe | Pineapple Gojju Menaskai Recipe | Pineapple Curryis a traditional Karnataka side dish. It is a sweet and tangy sauce/gravy/chutney made from ground coconut, jaggery, and other roasted Indian spices.
This coconut sauce is a base for most of the gojju recipes and a variety of vegetables like raw mango, cucumber, okra, tomatoes, onions, brinjal, capsicum/bell pepper, etc and fruits like mangoes, grapes, pineapple are added to the sauce.
