Hi Paneer lovers, I'm here with another healthy paneer recipe "Homemade Grilled Paneer With Veggie Salad". I love to consume paneer in a healthy way as much as possible. This dish can be prepared in a jiffy. It hardly takes 20 mins for the entire preparation. I often prepare this at home whenever I crave for paneer. This dish can be served as a starter or with any vegetable salad to make it more healthier. I made grilled bell pepper salad and kosumalli / kosambari salad as well to accompany with grilled paneer.
Sometimes, I prefer to eat grilled paneer with steamed rice as a main dish. Grilled paneer is a delicious, healthy and sumptuous dish. It is simple and easy to prepare. So, you need not wait. Grab a huge slice of paneer and start preparing this grilled paneer right away!!!
Ingredients: (Serves: 3)
Paneer -  300gms sliced vertically
Olive Oil - 3 teaspoons / 1tbsp
Onion - 1 medium size
Bell Pepper - Half
Lemon - Half / 2tsp
Cilantro - 2 tbsp
Spice Powder:
Red Chili - 3/4 tsp

Hi Folks, I'm back with another interesting rasam variety, "Lemon Rasam | Lemon Dal Rasam | Nimbu Rasam | Elumichai Rasam". Lemon Rasam is quite different from the usual rasam, as lemon is used instead of tamarind which makes the rasam as delicious as a mild thin digestible soup. It is quite easy and simple to prepare this tangy lemon rasam. It can be consumed as a soup or eaten with rice and side dishes like Potato fry, Carrot Beans Stir Fry.

Navarathri is a Hindu festival celebrated in the Tamil month known as "Purattaasi". "Nava" means nine and "ratri" means nights. During Navarathri, Goddess Shakthi is worshipped in three forms as Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati. Navarathri is celebrated as Vasanta Navarathri from June - July, Sharada Navarathri from September - October, Paush Navarathri from December - January and Magha Navarathri from January - February.

Hi, Peanut lovers,😍 This recipe is just for you! Today's special dish is "Peanut Vegetable Salad or Indian Peanut Chaat". This dish calls for boiled peanuts as a main ingredient and the basic veggies. It doesn't need olive oil or any salad dressing, no oil only boil😉.

Peanut Chaat is a wholesome salad and it is quite easy to prepare. Peanut salad can be served warm or cold depending upon your preference. It has a spicy, tangy and nutty taste. Some may add veggies like capsicum/bell peppers, sweet corn, cabbage, shredded coconut, and fruits like pomegranate, apple, pineapple to this peanut chaat. You may even sprinkle some Sev or Bhujia on top of the peanut chaat to get a crunchy and crispy taste. (Sev is an oil-fried Indian snack made of chickpea flour). Why do we celebrate Varalakshmi Vratham?

Varalakshmi vratham/nombu is an important festival celebrated in Tamil Nadu, Andhra, and Karnataka. Varalakshmi Amman is one who grants boons. Worshiping Goddess Varalakshmi is equivalent to worshiping Ashtalakshmi, the eight forms of energy. The pooja is performed by married women for dhanam (money), dhanyam (food), santhanam (offspring), and mangalyam (longevity of husband) as Varalakshmi being the wife of Lord Vishnu is the abode of wealth, fortune and prosperity.
